Online Orders

  • All exchanges must be made within 7 days after the package arrives.
  • We’ll be glad to receive a return and exchange when the item is accompanied with the “return & exchange form” that comes with your package.

In-store Purchases

  • All exchanges must be made within 7 days after purchase.
  • The product could be returned to the store where the purchase was made or by post to our head-quarter office (Please contact our live chat support in this case).

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • We’ll be glad to receive a return and exchange only when the item is accompanied with the original receipt.
  • We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. All tags must be attached and items must be
  • returned in original packaging.
  • In case of wanted item is not available, please choose an alternative style as we have a no-refund policy. If the chosen item is at a higher price tag, customers need to pay the difference. However, if the chosen item is at a lower price tag, we could not refund you the difference.
  • When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or alternative style of the returned items. This process will take 6 working days.
  • Due to the expensive return tax fee, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns shipped from outside Indonesia. For returns within Indonesia, please bear in mind that we will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery, and we will not cover the delivery or return charges.
